Employability Skills Development and work experience opportunities teach basic employability skills to teenagers in schools, school leavers, and young men and women.

BiG C.I.C builds on the success of Lionel Best T/A BiG. Officially started trading under the CIC in 2019, BiG C.I.C. is a community-based organisation that works hard to support the community by making positive changes in youths from disadvantaged backgrounds. We support children and young people (CYP) by designing and delivering engaging self-development programmes targeted at 7- to 24-year-olds. 

Since the launch of BiG services (2011), we have achieved a lot with little, and BiG has helped nearly 3,000 CYP in South London to enhance self-esteem, build resilience and acquire tools to achieve positive outcomes.
